Friday, May 2, 2025 The KMHC X-Ray service is open from 8am to 12 noon. The X-Ray service will not be available from 1pm to 4pm. The Medical Imaging office will remain open and patients can drop off requisition forms from their doctor, or can give us a call at 450-638-3930 ext. 6 for an appointment.

Long Term Care (LTC) Department
The Long Term Care (LTC) department at KMHC is “home” to many elders, where they spend each day with their dedicated care teams. The staff work hard to ensure the best possible quality of life for the residents, often forming close, family-like bonds with them.

Multidisciplinary teams provide a range of services to meet the unique needs of every resident. For more information about admissions, please contact the Long Term Care ward.

Admissions and discharge

Admissions and Discharge
The admissions and discharge process at KMHC follows established policies. Admission to Long Term Care (LTC) is typically recommended by a family physician, home care case manager, or external hospitals to the Admissions Committee. For more information, please contact the manager of LTC at 450-638-3930, dial 0, and the Operator will transfer your call.

If someone can no longer live at home and meets the criteria, contact their family doctor to start the admission process.
