Quality Improvement
Quality Improvement is an ongoing effort aimed at enhancing the services we provide. The ultimate goal is to improve the client and family experience through the development of person-centered care initiatives.
The Quality Improvement, Risk Management, and Innovation team identifies gaps and areas for improvement by conducting audits, reviewing incident and accident reports, and maintaining regular communication with all service areas.
In collaboration with these areas, the team develops action plans based on identified needs. These plans include recommendations and timelines for implementing improvement projects.
