Quality Improvement
Quality Improvement is a continuous process towards strengthening our services.
The ultimate goal is to improve client and family experience through the development of person-centered care initiatives.
The Quality Improvement, Risk Management and Innovation team identifies gaps and areas for improvement by performing audits, revision of incident/accident reports, and through regular communication with all service areas. The team develops action plans, in collaboration with the service areas, based on the identified needs. The action plans include recommendations and implementation timelines for improvement projects.
