The Homecare Nursing Program and Activity Program of KMHC operates in partnership with the Homecare Program of KSCS from Home & Community Care. Guided by an interdisciplinary approach, the goal is to deliver the highest quality of care to patients in their homes and our residences within the territory of Kahnawà:ke.  The program includes a wide range of services, offered by professionals, support workers, caregivers, patients, and families.  Using a collaborative approach, Home Care staff assist persons who may be experiencing health issues and/or loss of autonomy – in the comfort of their homes.

The Home Care Nursing/Activity Program offices are located at the Turtle Bay Elders’ Lodge along River Road in Kahnawà:ke.
