Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre Laboratory Services are open between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., Monday through Friday except for statutory holidays. Patients must call in to book their appointments at 450-638-3930 ext 2304. It is important to note that the laboratory technician and nurse are running the clinics during the blood test hours, and may not be able to respond to all phone calls. To schedule an appointment, please do so after 10 a.m., or you can book through the MYLE Patient Portal. You must be registered with the Portal, you can register with the front desk or by calling ext. 2243.

Please bring your Medicare card at the time of your visit. To help ensure that your physician will receive your results on their scheduled days, please follow the schedule below.

KMHC is a Validation Center for medicare cards. KMHC does not take medicare card photos.

If a user of KMHC services would like to file a complaint about the services, staff, etc, at Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre, they can do so verbally or in written format to the attention of the Executive Director.

  • The Executive Director will acknowledge receipt of the complaint in writing within five (5) working days.
  • The Executive Director will launch an investigation, if warranted, through the director of the department involved, and will issue a written response to the user within 45 days.
  • If in the event you are not satisfied with the outcome, you have a right of recourse to a Review Committee, i.e. you must file a written request within 60 days of the receipt of our response.
